DO I NEED AN ATTORNEY?

In many situations, such as dissolution of marriage and child custody, it seems that everyone you know will have an opinion on what you should do and how you should do it.  Those people are not you and are not in your unique situation and unless they are experienced family law attorneys, likely do not know or understand Colorado family law.  Having an attorney can ease your mind that you have someone in your corner that can walk you through every step of the process.  

WHAT ARE MY RIGHTS?
